Mark has over 30 years of real estate experience with ownership & management interests in over 1,000 units of apartment complexes and over 75,000 sf of commercial properties. As Co-Founding Partner he brings his analytic skills, finance and entrepreneurial background to the Prosperity CRE team.

Raj Tekchandani has been a seasoned Technology entrepreneur and a Marketing pro who spent over 3 decades with tech companies in the field of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. He currently has ownership interests in over 620 units of multifamily. Raj is founder of Smart Capital, a real estate investment firm and educational platform, for Passive Investors.

John has been active leader involved in the commercial real estate industry since 2012 including acquisition, leasing, and investments in multiple markets.His focus is to assist investors/business owners to acquire solid real estate with value-add potential. His current portfolio includes apartment communities in multiple states totaling 136 units.

Bob’s real estate experience spans over 22 years. He has owned or is currently invested in over 4200 units in North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, Missouri, and Tennessee. He has raised investment equity to acquire more than $200,000,000 in market value. Bob brings key investing experience, support and advisory capacity to the Prosperity CRE team.

Zach is a founding partner of Prosperity CRE, a commercial real estate investment firm.
Mr. Winner focuses on overseeing the real estate investment portfolios and advising and assisting clients who choose to invest with Prosperity CRE. Mr. Winner brings his over 30 years of real estate experience, business acumen and legal expertise to the company’s acquisitions, asset management and education activities.
Mr. Winner has successfully owned and operated a residential real estate company, mortgage brokerage company, and escrow company, with offices in Northern and Southern California, assisting clients in the purchase, finance and sale of properties throughout the United States.
Mr. Winner also has extensive legal, public affairs and ballot measure campaign management experience, including representing Fortune 500 companies, trade associations and other clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate and land use transactions. For instance, Mr. Winner represented the developers of the former Hollywood Park Race Track site in Inglewood, California in gaining approval by the city for the development of one of the largest mixed-use development projects in California that includes the new Los Angeles Rams NFL stadium.
Mr. Winner is a licensed attorney and member of the California Bar Association. He possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California, and a Juris Doctorate degree from McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific. He is also Vice President and on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Chapter of Lambda Alpha International, a global land economics society for professionals in commercial real estate.

Bio
Mark Rios has been active in real estate investing, finance and syndication since the late 90s.
Mark is a founding partner of Prosperity CRE, acquiring and asset managing commercial properties in the multifamily & commercial spaces. Prosperity CRE currently asset manages two Industrial-Flex buildings and approximately 300 units in Kansas City respectively. He has gone full cycle on several deals and is actively looking to acquire more multifamily assets within the next 18 months.
From 2006 to 2008 Mark produced over $5 Million in home sales and loan origination as a licensed Realtor and residential mortgage loan officer in the greater Los Angeles area.
Throughout the mid-2000’s gained extensive experience in wholesaling residential flip properties, residential rental ownership, tax-lien certificate investing and note/trust deed investing.
In 2014 Mark created Trisource Capital, LLC as a boutique commercial real estate capital provider and structured capital advisory. From 2016-2018, Trisource Capital arranged for over $43m in debt, structured capital and credit facilities for 3rd-party clients.
Trisource Capital is has been rebranded as a boutique capital markets consultancy called Finance for Syndicators, which works with select experienced sponsors as a full deal cycle in-house finance, capital markets and real estate consultant.
Mark currently has ownership and management interests in 1,000+ units of multifamily in MO, NC and TX.
As a 30 year veteran professional in the entertainment industry both in-front and off-camera, his entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing his companies give him a fresh, creative perspective on real estate investing and operations.

Bio
In 1996 Bob started investing in real estate, then in 2008 US Real Estate Ventures LLC was formed. Over the last decade, the focus was buying small multifamily apartments, single family homes, mixed use buildings, and rehabbing and selling properties. This evolved into US Real Estate Ventures LLC’s ability to take advantage of the current real estate climate of depressed valuations in the multifamily markets.
The company has either aligned or contracted with experts in the fields of finance, economics, networking, valuation, asset / property management, and due diligence to tackle the challenges of acquiring large multi-family deals. The company has also contracted with seasoned experts owning thousands of units in the multifamily apartment market to mentor and consult on each project. Bob has raised investment equity to purchase more than $200,000,000 in market value.
In 2015 discounted notes were added to the investment mix, allowing his investors another option to grow not only their net worth, but to increase their cash flow from throughout the US. 2016 student housing was added, and 2019 assisted living centers are targeted to join the portfolio. Bob is also a broker and part owner in several Keller Williams Market Centers.
Bob graduated from Plymouth State College with a B.S. in Marketing with concentration in Real Estate investing & development.

Raj Tekchandani has been a seasoned Technology entrepreneur and a Marketing professional who is now founder and managing partner of Smart Capital, a Real Estate investment firm committed to helping busy professionals, live a happier financial life through Passive Income from Real Estate Syndications. Prior to starting Smart Capital, he spent over 3 decades with tech companies in the field of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
He started investing in Real Estate in 2012 with purchase of single condo in Orlando, Florida. In 2018 he left his W2 after 5 years with a firm in Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to pursue his interests in Real Estate Syndication & Apartment Investing. He launched Smart Capital and started building the processes and systems, including an educational platform, for Passive Investors.
He remains passionate about the use of Data and Tech in Commercial Real Estate specifically in Multifamily. He runs a very successful educational Meetup in Boston on Apartment Investing and Multifamily Syndication (AIMS) and also manages a 2200+ member Facebook group by the same name. He also manages the Data Driven Multifamily Investing group on Facebook.
Raj is also an angel investor in early stage tech startups and advices on product development to a couple of startups in PropTech.
He lives in the Boston area with his family. Raj enjoys golf and photography. He is also on the board of an innovative learning non profit organization created to improve the quality of education in India.
